In an article published under the headline ‘Namdia revenue at N$3 billion’ on 26 July, we incorrectly reported that Namdia had generated N$3,1 billion revenue since its inception and that the company’s revenue for the 2022/23 financial year stands at N$409,2 million. However, the company has pointed out that the amount was earned during the 2022/23 financial year, and that the N$409,2 million figure is the after-tax profit. The company has also clarified that it contributed N$232 million towards taxes and export levies in the 2022/2023 financial year. It had also declared N$150 million in dividends for the 2021/2022 financial year. The dividend declaration for the 2022/2023 financial year will be announced at the upcoming launch of Namdia’s annual report. We have updated all our digital platforms to reflect the above.
